Digital product
'Dla Ciebie — Dziennik dla Par' is a digital product (PDF file) delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, standard physical product return rules don't apply.
When we issue refunds
- Technical issue preventing download or opening the file
- File is damaged or incomplete
- Double charge for the same purchase
- Report within 14 days of purchase (per consumer law)
